We work with local authorities, registered providers, and estate managers to improve homes. Our void property refurbishment brings homes back to a lettable standard, including bathrooms, kitchens, decoration, plastering, electrics, and flooring.
Our Retrofit and renewables services raise properties to an EPC rating of C or above, aligned with PAS 2035/PAS 2038. We plan with sensitivity around tenants and client liaison, reflecting our values of Care, Community, Quality, and Trust, and we bring deep experience in social housing.
